What Causes Frequent Urination And Fatigue?
I m always tired and sleepy and I go to bathroom a lot (urinate). Cant stay awake during the day or afternoon.I get 7 to 8hrs sleep a night and I eat healthy but can not understand why im so tired and sleepy and urinating a lot. I m a 48yr old black male. YYYY@YYYY

I really appreciate your concern, looking to he history given here it is important to get done some routine test, that includes blood sugar test, and complete blood count along with complete urine test, if the test are unremarkable then such symptoms could be nonspecific and may be due to some functional elements, try to keep the stress at low level, hope this information helps, take care.
