Hi & Welcome. I appreciate your concern for your beloved mother. After having gone through the history described in your query it seems to me she has develop an abnormal fistulous tract extending between her urinary bladder and the vagina apparently due to postoperative complications of the surgery on the uterus 7 years ago. This condition is referred to as Vesicovaginal fistula (VVF).
She also needs Cystourethroscopy to identify the extent of the VVF. If ureter involvement is suspected then Intravenous pyelography (IVP) can be performed. Urine should be collected for culture and sensitivity. And based on the culture results the infection should be treated accordingly.
Hope this answers your query.
A feed back is appreciated.

What Causes Frequent Urination And Fever?
Hi & Welcome. I appreciate your concern for your beloved mother. After having gone through the history described in your query it seems to me she has develop an abnormal fistulous tract extending between her urinary bladder and the vagina apparently due to postoperative complications of the surgery on the uterus 7 years ago. This condition is referred to as Vesicovaginal fistula (VVF). Since she is having fever, low hemoglobin and the ultrasound of the kidney showing echogenicity I would advise you to consult a urologist for further evaluation to rule out chronic kidney disease.
