What Causes Frequent Urination And Nocturnal Emission?
doctor i have a problem that if i drink a glass of water or milk i have to go to washroom 6 to 7 times i have a lot of yellowish urine and during sleeping in night its also disturb me and i have to go to washroom at least 3 to 4 times in night if i doesn t go the leakage of semen occurs whats solution sir?

Hi,
Noted your history related to frequent urination, even after a glass of any fluids, has to visit bathroom at least 3-4 times and leakage of semen.
All this indicate and inflammatory condition affecting your blannder or prostate.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Send the urine for routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity before starting any antibiotic to get proper results.
Consult your Urologist for per-rectal digital palpation of prostate and investigations as follows:
Tests of blood for CBC, kidney and other organ functions.
Ultrasonography of abdomen.
All these will indicate the cause.
IF this is related to infection and enlargement of prostate or UTI as a whole a proper course of an antibiotic will help to cure.
If these do not help then you may need further investigations like Cysto-urethroscopy, uroflometry and so on to get an appropriate diagnosis and have proper management as per the cause found.
