What Causes Frequent Urination And Palpitations?

i m 24 and i study medicine, tall 1.77 weight 78 kg i have delayed wound healing, easy bruises and increase frequency of urination these symptoms started when i was 19. before that i was completely fine. i also noticed that my palms became more thin and i can see my veins through them.. i had regular palpitation 2 years ago i took inderal for them but i stooped it few weeks after. am physically active i run 15 K.m per week and i have balanced diet. i have done all these test and all were normal.. Echocardiography, ECG, abdominal ultrasound, ESR, CBC, urine analysis, TSH, serum Ca (total and ionized), serum K. so i wanna know what could it be? thanks.

1. Atrial fibrillation.
2. Supra-ventricular tachycardia.
3. AV Node Re-entry.
4. Atrial tachycardia.
5. Ventricular tachycardia.
6. Multifocal atrial tachycardia.
