What Causes Frequent Urination And Pinching Sensation On The Back?
I have developed frequent urination since last two weeks. I have to get up and go in the night. The amount of urine is alot and clear in colour. I am 30, diabetes also is in my family. Last week I felt a few times for a few moments pinching on my back
Frequency of urination with pinching over back may be of concern from calculus or gravels in the urinary system as kidney, ureter or urinary bladder. However, in my clinic, after providing primary relief with conservative therapy, I recommend an evaluation with urine microscopy and ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis for best possible diagnosis and care accordingly. Guidelines for time being approach to handle the situation: - Drink more liquids including coconut water, butter milk - Urinary alkaliser as citro soda or renalka with a glass full of water - Avoid sexual intercourse (if active) - Control of blood sugar - Prescription of antibiotics as per the reports of lab
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
