Hello, Thank you for the query at health care magic I would like to know more about your symptoms like -When did the frequent urination start? -Any burning during urination? -Any Fever , vomiting, abdominal pain associated -Are you sexually active and/or using any type of contraception. Your symptoms are suggestive of possible urinary tract infection. Possibility of pregnancy should also be ruled out,you can take a home pregnancy test. You will need tests like urine analysis, urine culture, urine beta hcg to look for urinary infection/pregnancy. I recommend that you consult you doctor for evaluation. Mean while you can take Paracetamol (if not allergic ) for headache. Avoid NSAIDs like ibuprofen until pregnancy is ruled out.
