What Causes Frequent Urination And Spotting?

I have a frequent urination, but lately there is a little irritation not painful just noticeable and sometime i bleed especially if a bowel movement happens. Once I wipe it clear it does not continue to bleed. I have not had a menstrual cycle in 15 years. The bleeding is sometimes slight and other times a lot, but it never lasts. I was going to try Azo for urinary tract infection but the bleeding is a mistery.

From your description it seems that you are post menopause and you did not have any menstrual period since last 15 years so bleeding is a concern in this case because any bleeding after Menopause is never normal and it should be investigated

however as you are not sure blood may be coming from urinary tract or vagina and it needs thorough medical checkup to make it clear,
it bleeding is from Urethra it might be due to UTI and needs medical treatment , and if it is coming from vagina than too it should be investigated to rule out a uterine Fibroid
i would strongly suggest you to see a your dr to get it further evaluated to rule out any underlying medical condition
