What Causes Frequent Urination And Urge Incontinence?

I was examined for a prolapsed bladder on Tuesday, discussed a sacralcolpoplasty and was given Premarin vaginal cream and a medication to help with the urgency and frequency. ( have not taken the medicine yet as I need a prior authorization for both). I have since not been able to sleep due to frequency and inability to empty my bladder. I am up to the bathroom as frequent as each hour, can t seem to empty my bladder and am sitting on the toilet dribbling and have never had this problem prior to the exam. Yesterday I had a urinalysis at the local lab to see if I have a UTI. All my symptoms and discomfort have increased one hundred fold since the examination. Is it possible the exam has done this?

Of course it is possible that procedures cause infection also the remaining of urine and incomplete emptying can cause terrain for microorganisms to replicate. Do an uroculture and take the antibiotic thresultses it.
