What Causes Frequent Urination, Fatigue And Sweet Smelling Urine?

hi doctor i am 29 and few months ago i saw aints are gathered in my toilet after my piss. after 4-5 day i do fasting blood sugar test at my home and my sugar was 108 and next day i done another test that time sugar was 102 and after that i did not consult the doctor. after 5 months i am feeling frequent urination, fatigue and sweet smell in my urine. what should i do?

Hello dear,
Understand your concern.
Your symptoms suggestive of diabetes.
But blood sugar test is normal.
Take following advice:
1. First repeat fasting blood sugar, fasting of 10-13 hours is needed.
If it is >=126 mg/dl on 2 occasions diagnosed diabetes
2. Do test in NABL accredited lab, standardized method.
3. Also do postprandial blood sugar level (After 2 hours of meal). If it is >=200 on two occasions diagnosed diabetes.
4. Also do following test: Hb1Ac, lipid profile, uric acid
5. Regular check up of blood pressor.

1. Start exercising regularly for 30-60 minutes in morning.
2. Avoid so much sweet in diet
3. Daily use of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables
4. Avoid fatty and fast foods
5. Take small frequent meal rather than large meal.
6. If not resolved contact to diabetology.
