What Causes Frequent Urination, Lightheadedness And Loss Of Appetite?

Frequent urination , light headeness and loss of appetite. Am on antibiotics for 10 days for sinuses these symptoms started in between . I have had my glucose and A1C checked 15 days ago and was ok always had hypothyroidism for which taking medication and diagonsed with iron deficiency anemia

You yourself ruled out diabetes. So this is all due to infection for which you are being treated already. Lightheadedness usually comes due to general fatigue and weakness especially with a bacterial disease.

For frequent urination I would suggest you to take only Cranberry juice. If you get other symptoms of the urinary tract infection, then you may be in need of the antibiotics for the urinary infection too. But right now it isn't needed.
