Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Frequent Urination, Weak Feeling And Lightheadedness?
Just wondering why I got ill ast year when I went to a festival. On the first day of it, urine got thrown over me and other people(not unusual) but some got in the corner of my eye and ear. The next day I couldn t stop going to the toilet, I felt weak and lightheaded. This continued for about 5 days.
Since you are feeling week, dizzy and having frequent urination it is indicative of UTI, bladder infection, high BP, diabetes (high blood glucose). You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get blood tests and urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done. Your treating doctor may tell you to do few imaging tests as well to detect the pathology causing you discomfort.
You will be treated accordingly (with antibiotics and analgesic or surgery). In the meantime, take plenty of water. Stay away from addictions if any. If diabetic control your blood glucose level. Take home made balanced nutritious food & multivitamin supplements.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
