What Causes Frequent Urination While Suffering From A Haemorrhoid?

Hi, This is the second time I’ve had a herromoid in the past few months. Today I’ve also been urinating frequently. I haven’t really had much to drink, nothing too little and nothing to extreme. I also get a pain in my stomach at night like an IBS pain. I do have IBS but it’s not really bad anymore I just get some cramps or stomach pains in the morning usually. I also have unprotected sex and I don’t have a period as I’ve been on a few birth controls. Is this relates to pregnancy? Could I be pregnant? Is this a UTI? what is it? It’s the second time I have had a herromoid and it just appears randomly. Please help thanks

Hello,

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -

1)Do check your urine for infection and do one ultrasound to ruled out pelvic pain and do a home pregnancy test to ruled out pregnancy.

2)If infection present in urine then discuss antibiotics like [ciprofloxacin]

Do take few lifestyle modifications like this -

1)Drink plenty of liquids, especially water. Drinking water helps dilute your urine and ensures that you'll urinate more frequently allowing bacteria to be flushed from your urinary tract before an infection can begin.

2)Wipe from front to back. Doing so after urinating and after a bowel movement helps prevent bacteria in the anal region from spreading to the vagina and urethra.

3)Empty your bladder soon after intercourse. Also, drink a full glass of water to help flush bacteria.

4)Try to avoid potentially irritating feminine products. Using deodorant sprays or other feminine products, such as douches and powders, in the genital area can irritate the urethra.

Hope that helps
