General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern.

Frequent urination every night could be due to:
- drinking water in the afternoon. Avoid drinking fluids later than 6 pm to avoid bath visits at night.
- urinary tract infection (UTI). You mention only PSA (0.2) which is perfectly normal. However, no urine analysis report is in yet. Urine infection is also causing frequent urination. Treating it adequately will help ease this symptom too.
- Flomax is an alpha blocker that is helping with urine passage in the urinary tract. That is not enough in treating frequent urination especially if UTI is present.

Wish fast recovery.
