What Causes Frequent Urination With Burning Sensation In The Penile Tip During Urination?

I have to pee very frequently but not much comes out, always feels like there is more and the tip and or underside of my penis kinda burns(Can't really pinpoint the area) but it does not burn when I pee infact it seems to make it feel better. But before I have to pee and after there is a slight burning sensation. Also I have a lot of dribbling after I pee and my sctrotum is tingling mainly when I wake up in the morning feels like its moving up and down. Should I be worried? Is it a reaction to something? I am a 17yo male

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Urinary tract infection should be ruled out by doing urine routine examination. If it is positive then antibiotic therapy will be helpful. Genital herpes also can manifest like that. Antiviral drug therapy will be helpful in such case.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
