What Causes Frequent Urination With Discomfort In Lower Abdomen And Penis?

my boy friend thinks he may have a bacterial infection in the bladder or prostate He has frequent urination at night time, discomfort in the penis and lower abdomen He believes that I must have this and I passed it to him through intercourse This has been bothering him since we first slept together His doctor cannot find anything wrong I have no symptoms myself

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have frequent urination with discomfort in lower abdomen and penis . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like vasovagal syncope , urinary tract infection , medication reaction or side-effect , food poisoning or diabetes, type 2. I would suggest you to consult urologist for proper examination . Doctor may order urine test , ultrasound and take history . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with anti inflammatory or may refer you to nephrologist for kidney infection or kidney stone . For now take lopramide , avoid bending forward and drink green tea with ginger thrice a day .
