I have trouble peeing for a week feels like I m not letting it all out and constantly waking up at 3 am every morning. When I masterbaited it all turned back to normal I started waking up late again but the next week I masterbaited and I started waking up early again. I m 18 yrs old

This may be sign of uroinfectiin or urinary stones so you need to do ultrasound and urinoculture to rule this out. You should also,drink plenty of fluids and take raspberry tea to promote urination.
