Understanding your concern. As per your query you have frequent urination with pain in lower abdomen . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like vasovagal syncope , urinary tract infection , medication reaction or side-effect , food poisoning or diabetes, type 2. I would suggest you to consult urologist for proper examination . Doctor may order urine test , ultrasound and take history . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with anti inflammatory or may refer you to nephrologist for kidney infection or kidney stone . For now take lopramide , avoid bending forward and drink green tea with ginger thrice a day . Take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
