What Causes Frequent Urination?

Lately I haven t been able to hold down water and people keep assuming I m pregnant but I am a virgin .... But only way I can that being possible is if sperm could live on blankets Bc in March my boyfriend and I was fooling around and I gave him a handjob. We cleaned up with a warm towel but still slept in the spot. I slept in shorts though
