What Causes Frequent Urination?
Good evening sir, I am ravi aged 36 years.I have a problem with frequent urination.When i go to the bathroom to urinate, first half the urine comes and then i have to apply pressure to empty the bladder, still then i feel my bladder did not get empty.You could tell me what to do with this discomfort.

At your age there are few possibilities. Depending on the duration of the problems, this could be an urinary tract infection or urethral stricture among others.
I would advice getting an urine analysis, uroflowmetry and ultrasound of urinary tract along with post void residual urine to find the cause.
