Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Frequent Urination, puffy Eyes And Fatigue When Thyroid, Sugar, pressure And Cholesterol Levels Are Normal?
I have frequent urination, puffiness only under my left eye but my eyes look very tired. I feel very tired during the day even though I am sleeping well and working out three times a week. iron and thyroid and blood sugar and blood pressure and cholesterol are all normal.
Dear Friend. Puffiness under eyes can be a result of excessive tiredness and lack of sleep. But I would advice you following investigations to find any medical reason for it. Since I have not seen it , I suggest you to either send me a photograph of your face or consult a good physician nearby. I recommend following investigations: 1. Liver Function test to see for any reduced albumin levels. 2. Kidney function test to rule out kidney problems like nephrotic syndrome. 3 . Urine routine and microscopy. Just check if you have been prescribed a diuretic for swelling leading to excessive urination. Review with reports Good Luck
