What Causes Frequent Vaginal Spotting Postpartum?
Hi, I had my daughter about 9 months ago and ever since my periods have returned I have been having period like bleeding every 11 days apart from eachother. Also having spotting in between when urinating or having a bowel movement. What could be causing this? I recently had my hormone levels checked and they came back normal.

Spotting at regular intervals needs to be investigated. I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment and ultrasound of pelvis to assess the status of uterus.
