Hello,
Let me tell in brief about
vertigo. Vertigo is commonly caused by a problem with the way balance works in the
inner ear, although it can also be caused by problems in certain parts of the brain.
As you are mentioning about headache, pain in the back of the right eye, I will suggest that please don't think of anything but focus on getting it diagnosed under a
neurologist by a physical examination so we can come to know that, is it because of the position or the HMC.
Based on what is involved the next part can be taken care of. If it is HMC (higher motor center) vertigo we may need to take the
MRI of the brain and rule out what is the cause for this.
I will strongly recommend to contact a neurologist because if the condition prolongs longer and becomes chronic than it may be more troubling and delayed in healing with the treatment.
It's better to get it diagnosed and treated rather taking the suffering. For time being until you meet up a neurologist, you can follow some online videos available for vertigo exercise or you can even meet up a physical therapist to teach you some exercises which can be of help.
Having medication for
headaches due to vertigo can be asymptomatic relief but off late it may tunnel to
migraine and which is a very unpleasant feeling. Why suffer when we can find a solution to get relieved of it.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
