Hi,
Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here

It's normal for children to vomit occasionally. In most cases, it will last no longer than one to two days and isn't a sign of anything serious.
most common cause of vomiting in child is gastroenteritis(infection of the gut usually caused by a virus or bacteria) which also causes diarrhoea.

your GP has given Ondem for nausea and vomiting and Meftal spas for abdominal pain , and initially these are right choice of drug for this situation because child has no fever

but if your child don't get better within 24 hours and frequency of vomiting increases in spite of taking these medicines than immediately contact your GP again as persistent vomiting can sometimes cause your child to become severely dehydrated and occasionally it can be a sign of something more serious, such as meningitis , symptoms of dehydration can include a dry mouth, crying without producing tears, urinating less , and drowsiness

your GP will look deep into it and may go for antibiotics along with IV Fluids if required

I hope it help
