What Causes Frequent Vomiting While Giving Prednisolone For Bronchitis?

My daughter was prescribed prednisolone for the croup and bronchitis. she is about five months old. every tim she takes her medicine she throws it and everything in her stomach up. she wont take any formula, the only thing i can get her to keep down is pedialyte. what do i do? why does she keep throwing up?

If this is a long term problem (more than a week), then she should be reviewed because pedialyte is not enough for brain and body growth, it does not have in the essential ingredients that a baby would need long term.

She may be vomiting due to infection, intolerance to the particular milk (may need to be changed), reflux, obstruction.
It would be best for her to be reviewed.
