What Causes Fungal Infection In Between The Buttocks?

I was diagnosed with a fungal rash between my butt cheeks. I have many meds, lotrosin cream took aay fungus. I still have a red rash like a diaper rash seen a dermatologist still cant get rid of this rash sitting is very painful at times is there any help for me?

For fungal infection you can take some antibiotics preferably cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion with avil or cetrizine for itching. You can take combiflam or ibugesic-plus for pain and inflammation. Use clop-g cream or candid-b powder for local application. Maintain local hygiene by regular wash with soap water and wear loose under garments. Thank You
