What Causes Fungal Infection On Skin Causing White Patches?

sir,I have fungus problem such along time around 10 to 12 years. In starting a can t took serious but now it will grow fast and make me very uncomfortable in a hole day.it look like-1) skin become hard on aching area.2) white patch on skin appear like skin dandruff 3) fill skin produce heat after aching 4) hole area dived in two mix color white & light black. I am consult a doctor he advice me 1. Tyza -M 2. LC2 3. Flnconazoli 150 once a week i got feleef but again it will on same possition

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the skin lesion since long being as it is being stated here so it can not be fungal infection because fungal infection may not long last it is very less likely but of course it could be psoriasis or eczematous lesion and this needs to be ruled out, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
