General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the candidiasis, a fungal infection of the tongue.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T surgeon for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms fluconazole, ofloxacin, ornidazole, and gention violet for local application.
Change the tooth paste and watch the condition, it could be the allergy.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
