Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi doctor, I am a 35 year old male weighing 84kg and 168cm high. I had taken an ECG last week as part of master health check up and the ECG graph has the following written: Probably Inferior MI, Probably Abnormal ECG, Unconfirmed report. The synopsis shows ECG report as normal. I have gastric trouble occasionally with mild pain in the chest. I had consulted a cardiologist and he said the ECG report could be due to instrument error and asked me to reduce weight with prescribed no medication. Please advise my next step. Do I have to take another ECG to confirm or can I go by this doctor's advice?
