What Causes Gastritis And Abdominal Pain After Taking Disprin?

Hi, I recently had unintentional unprotected sex with my boyfriend because he had on a condom in the beginning.two weeks after, I took 2 extra strong disprin tablets for a headache nd had horrible gassy like abdominal pain,could I have been pregnant and harmed the foetus?

Hello,

Pain killers n NSAIDS cause gastritis n gastric irritation. Take Omez insta sachet mixed in 100 ml water n it will get relieved.
