Understanding your concern. As per your query you have gastritis while on Vobose . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons , But in your case it seems to me that the symptoms are probably due to side effects of the medicine vobose . It can cause side effects like diarrhoea, loose stools, anorexia, nausea and vomiting . I would suggest you to consult your doctor and discuss the condition . Doctor may later the dose or prescribe substitute . Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist , who may prescribe lopramibe , laxative , ornidazole , antiemetic drug and omeprazole . For now eat light , and avoid spicy .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
