What Causes Gastritis,stomach Pain And Acute Diarrhea After Taking Kombiglyze?
I have been having a lot of gas now and when I burp my family tells me how bad it smells. My husband thinks it smells like a GI bleed and it is no different than the smell of a BM. I was told about 10 weeks ago I have diabetes, and I was started on Bydureon injection after two weeks of taking Kombiglyze xr. My blood sugars have come down, but now I am have this stomach issue. At times the pain can be very intense and I have watery diarrhea often and then the next day be constipated.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to intestinal infection and this could be protozoa infection and this can be best managed with "Tab Ofloxacin with Tinidazole" twice in day for two days, this is nothing to worry because everything would be fine, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
