What Causes Gastrointestinal Upset While On Methylprednisolone?
I am taking Methylprednisolone for bronchitis. I am on day 3 and this is the first I ve had any gi upset. Epigastric pain that feels like I ve been punched and indigestion. I ve taken some tagamet and rolaids. What should I do about the next dose? I have 2 doses left for today, 2 for tomorrow and 1 for the next day. I am also taking Zithromycin and have Atenolo 25 mg daily

Take cap. Pantoprazole 40 mg before breakfast daily for 5 days. You will be fine. Finally end with 'Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help".
