General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
At this age there is no apparent reason for having this problem when all reports are normal.
It seems that there might be having lack of physical exercise.
Go for regular exercise like running, jogging, walking, swimming for about 30-40 minutes a day for 5 days in a week.
Take high protein nourishing diet.
You can take multivitamin supplements.
Avoid sedentary life.
Ok and take care.
