General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I had gone through your question diligently and I can understand your concern very well
I have seen a number of patients in my clinic with similar complaints and majority of them have recovered significantly.

Looking at your history this could be meneire's disease or inner ear disease due to inadequate drainage of endolymph in inner ear and BPPV (benign proximal positional vertigo)

I would like to rule out other possibilities of this condition beforehand like high blood pressure, diabetes or generalised anxiety disorder

In my opinion after ruling out above mentioned conditions you should visit a vertigo clinic for following tests like
1.rotatory chair testing
2. Videonystagmography
3. VEMP vestibular evoked myogenic potential

Various treatment modalities are available for its definitive cure like
Motion sickness medications
meneiett device implantation
surgery like endolymphatic sac procedure

please write down your all symptoms, aggravating and relieving factor before going to a doctor

I hope you will find my response informative and helpful
follow up questions are most welcome
regards
