Hi,
Noted your history of having giddiness during lunch time in spite of having Pan-D, breakfast on time and dinner on time, the giddiness was firstly though of due to having no breakfast as the sugar was low.
All this means that there may be another reason for the giddiness.
First of all decide whether you have rotatory sensation of self or of the surround or just a feeling of falling or darkness in from of eyes.
Once this is decided tell the most proper history to your Doctor so that a proper clinical evaluation be done and investigations as the the findings like tests of blood.
If the cause is related to ENT then consult an ENT Surgeon.
If the cause is related to brain then take a
second opinion of a
Neurologist as would be suggested by your treating Doctor.
MRI of
cervical spine if the cause is thought to be related to cervical spondilitis.
MRI brain if the problem is related to brain.
This is the way the investigations will support the final diagnosis and thus the treatment will be specific.
Till all these things are done do not drive any vehicle, do not climb up or down the stairs alone. Never to be alone.
Get started with symptomatic and supportive treatment asap.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT and General Surgeon
