Ask a Doctor Now hyperaesthesia of penis Hi....it s about 2 years which I have had this chronic problem...hyperesthesia of my penis ...no pathologic lesion ,colour normal, no history of STD, sexual behaviour pretty normal ,the pain prevents me of having normal sexul intercourse, I ve used condoms with spermicides and flavour , aso VIT A&D as lubricant over that period , the pain is to the extent that normal friction the glans or other part to my say, under wear is annoying ...I hope I could explain my problem , your kind direction is highly appreciated...

The possibility of your allergic to spermicide gelly or lack of lubrication or balanitis or infection may present like this.

But until the examination is done it is difficult to say what is the exact problem.

Glans irritation or infection may present like hyperesthesia. You may consult your physician/ dermatologist or post a picture then will examine and treat you accordingly.
