What Causes Gonorrhea Without Sexual Exposure?
My 17 year old son just found out he has gonorrhea today. Symptoms started 2 days ago. He was diagnosed with chlamydia back in September. He claims not to have been sexually active for the last 4 months, so I m wondering if it s possible for these symptoms to just appear now IF he has not been sexually active?

Gonorrhoea infection might've occurred before and it stayed dormant in his body and caused a repeat attack. It can happen very commonly.
Nothing much to worry and consult a physician and start antibiotics.
