General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Green feaces is due to fast movement of food through gastrointestinal tract. This can be most likely due to indigestion or diarrhoea. Giving probiotic drops or syrup will be helpful. If this continues then do a stool routine examination to rule out infection. If your baby is below 4 months then better stick only on breast milk.
Hope this may help you.Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks
