General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Enterogermina is a sort of medication called probiotic which is used to get the balance of beneficial germs in the intestines.
So it's ok to use it for that period indicated by your doctor.
But if there's no response to the treatment for the next days, I suggest that your baby should have a stool test to look for a specific bacterial infection.
For your question about splitting the dose, it's ok to give her the 5 ml at once, the medication should be consumed within 10-30 minutes after the opening of the bottle, so you can't store the bottle if it's open.

Don't forget to keep your baby well hydrated.

Hope I answered your question
Wish your baby a speedy recovery
Best regards
