Hi Occasional green stool in common in infants on breast milk.Constant green stool is not whether the child is on mixed feeding or only breast milk.Change in stool color always worry parents but in most cases, there is no cause for concern.Mostly, stool color is determined by the transit time.Yellow means milk is passing through the baby's digestive tract quickly, green stool occurs mostly when transit is slow and when it becomes too slow, brown is common.I will advise you stay calm, and observe.Only see a Doctor if it persist. Also, breast milk is the best for the child.I will advise you do your best to breastfeed when you are around the baby since i do not know why you had to introduce artificial milk. Hope my answer will help you Best regards
