Hello. I m a female, 18 years old, around 140 pounds, and around 5ft 4 inches tall. I have irregular periods. My question is that as of yesterday and today my stool has been green. The first day was slightly green but today it s all of it. I did eat spinach yesterday howev I ve eaten that countless times before and this has never happened before. Should I b worried?
Hi, yes eating spinach might cause slightly geenish stools but as u said u had a whole green coloured stool, it can occur in various conditions like excess unprocessed bile (which is to be digested by certain enzymes)or iron supplements,or iron riched diet, celiac disease or Protozoa infestation etc U need to see physician and get your stool R/M examination done.
