Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears that the milk is not sufficient for the baby. At the end of the feeding, if the milk is exhausted, there could be one or two drops of blood, can enter the mouth. It may cause the irritation, and mucous in the stools.
The other reasons for it may be the infection, or the change in the diet of the mother.
At this moment i advise you to supplement the feeding with the cow or bafallow milk, or farmula1 .
If change in the stools continues, consult a pediatrician .
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
