What Causes Green Coloured Diarrhea With Presence Of White Strings In An Infant?

Hello, yesterday my 3 month old son refused to eat all day until I got home, he also had diarrhea and was sleeping all day. Since 5 pm yesterday until around 1pm today he had not had any bowel movements, then when he passed one at 1 today, it was huge, greenish and liquidy but I noticed a white string/ thread/ hair, I am not sure what it is, any ideas? everyone keeps saying hes teething.. but I don t know what the thread would be from.

I really appreciate your concern, it is the viral infection and no need to worry about this but care need to be taken for hydration else it is nothing to worry at the most lyophilized Lactobacillus can be used hope this information helps.
