What Causes Green Discoloration On The Toes?

The Space between my fourth toe and little toe is green in color, macerated and Has a little odor to the area that resembles an algae scent. No itching or pain. I ve always had very sweaty feet that are dry and cracked in areas, but I ve never noticed a green color between my toes. What could be the cause of this change and how can it be treated?
