What Causes Green Stool, Fatigue, Runny Nose And Low Grade Fever?

I am 22 yoa Female. My period is 7 days late. I am experiencing green stool and fatigue (I attributed this to end of the school year stress I teach) also about a week ago I had runny nose and low grade fever which I thought was allergies. Could it be pregnancy? (2 hpt said neg .. just wondering why it hasn t started and the additional green stool has me concerned)

co lour of stool becomes green if one take lot of green vegetable fatigue running nose and low grade fever are symptoms of viral fever. it is self limiting. you can take tab crocin , tab levocetrizine 5mg daily. apply nasibion nasal drop.These are not symptoms of pregnancy.
