What Causes Green Stool?

hi ,

my baby is 1.5 month old he is passing green stool , he is breast fed and also formula fed (lactogen 1 ) , my pedetrican suggested to give econorm. Does econorm has side effect , is green stool some thing serious.

please answer ..
