What Causes Greenish Diarrhea And Rectal Bleeding While Giving Similac Formula?

My baby is 2 months old and i switched the formula from meigi fmt to somilac comfort 1.Meigi caused constopation and similac comfort one is causing cramps m green stools with timmy pain and constipation.Now my baby has dieroia.oily greenish loose motion some times little blood on it.Which milk is best for his tummy.

Hello,

I think greenish diarrhea comes due like usage of laxatives somilac. The stools should not have blood in them otherwise stool culture is needed to check for infection. You can try nutriben milk products.
