What Causes Greenish Stool With Mucus Or Pus?

Hi Doctor My 19 month old daughter is passing greenish pus mixed loose stool for last 7 days approx. We have given her Ofloxacin+Ornidazole and now giving her Walamycin syrup 5 ml. twice a day with one Enterogermina respule and 5 ml. Zioral syrup. Her frequency of passing stool is approx. 3-4 times a day. What should I do now?

I really appreciate your concern, this could be due to infection and most probably it may be viral infection and this is nothing to worry, let the corse of disease finish and everything would be fine soon, antibiotic may not be useful if this is not the bacterial infection, hope this information helps, take care, and have a nice day.
