What Causes Greenish Vaginal Discharge?

I have greenish vaginal discharge with little to no smell,, swollen labia, burning sensation during intercourse including burning pain during anal, pain in what I think is my cervix? During sex. Symptoms slowly progressed over the past 4 weeks. I have no itchiness or fevers, no bleeding or pain during bowl movement, no stinging when passing urine I am 17 weeks pregnant

Hi,

It sounds like an infection, more like a bacterial infection.

Looking clean does not mean he does not have any bacteria.

Get a vaginal swab culture and start the correct antibiotics accordingly.
