General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If he is having pus cells in stools he is suffering from an infection possibly bacterial one. Also, the other twin got infected. Remember to keep them hydrated giving milk and water. Fruits and vegetables may trigger diarrhea. Cereals may be used.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
